Electorate Will Be Harder To Cheat This Time Round

All indications are that the Kenyan electorate will this time be much more difficult to control and "cheat". Already there are signs that the Kenyan voter is very angry and waiting to express this anger at the ballot box by voting out virtually every member of the current parliament that many feel has been a great disappointment.
