How CAS ruling hit Ruto in a major way | Kenya news

The shock ruling by the High court confirming that the appointments of cabinet administrative secretaries (CAS) is illegal and contrary to the constitution has taken the Ruto camp by surprise. But the deeper story is even more fascinating and revealing and even very relevant to Finance Bill 2023 and many other political developments in the motherland.
