Were Key Kenei Findings Withheld By Dr Johansen Oduor?

When Dr. Dr Johansen Oduor talked briefly to the press on his findings on the Sergeant Kipyegon Kenei case, many close observers were puzzled. He was too brief and he talked in general terms. It seemed that he was at pains not to disclose anything that would discount the theory that is still being aggressively peddled from certain quarters. What does this tell us?
