Why did Chief Government Pathologist, Dr Johanssen Oduor say so little? Because he was very brief in revealing findings of the 2 hour postmortem on Sergeant Kipyegon Kenei. He even mentions the suicide theory which has long been discredited by investigators. And even fails to give a more precise time of death. What is going on here?
