When former Prime Minister and Presidential candidate, Raila Odinga, speaks, he always does so with caution and with enough information. He has an amazing track record of revealing the truth despite the fact that he is a politician.
Raila has told us that Governor Jackson Mandago and Soy Member of Parliament, Caleb Kositany, were to blame for the recent Uasin Gishu chopper attack incident. Raila says that he has gathered information indicating the rowdy youth had been organized by his political opponents to attack his helicopter.
If what Raila is saying is true then it confirms a clear emerging (very scary) pattern where somebody is planning to be in the next government without winning the presidential election.
