The devastatingly effective tactics of William Ruto that propelled him to President of Kenya are still a deep secret and mystery to most Kenyans, including seasoned political analysts. But it is emerging that the same tactics were used in Siaya and the result is the puzzling drama that has just unfolded.
However the big problem is that these tactics have no impact governing a prosperous, democratic successful nation which is what Kenya aspires for. And the same tactics also birth a political and psychological time bomb.
